Frequently Asked Questions

Click the "Add New Job" button on the main diary page. Fill in the job details and click Save. You need an active subscription to add new jobs.

Click on the "Interviews" button for any job application to add and manage interviews for that position.

Check the "Show Rejected Applications" checkbox under the search bar on the main diary page. Submit the form to see all your rejected applications. Click on the "Reopen" button for the job application you want to reopen.

The date/time fields cannot be changed once an alert or a follow up message has been sent. A new interview is requried, Simply create a new interview with the new date and time.

Some jobs are not available for search because the company does not publish their jobs on Job Hunter Diary website.

The statistics reports are available on the main menu under the 📊 button.

If you delete an interview, it will be permanently deleted from your job application and cannot be recovered. Rather archive the interview by selecting a different status, change the progress status to "Lost the job" and then mark the actual job as rejected. This way you can keep the interviews in your diary for future reference.
